Records of firearm sales and transfers are maintained separately as required by federal law (ATF) and are not part of our website systems.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, a third-party service. We use the information you provide solely to respond to your customer-service inquiry, including replying to you by text message (SMS). We do not use it to send promotional or marketing messages. Our SMS program is inbound customer service only.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting in to text messages is never a condition of any purchase.

As stated above, mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our website links to third-party websites, including firearm manufacturer sites. We do not control those sites, and this policy does not apply to them. Third-party sites may collect information independently under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external site you visit.
We retain opt-in and inquiry records for as long as needed to provide customer service, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including telecommunications and firearms-industry requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Opt-in records are stored in a protected location that is not publicly accessible from our website. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide.
