These Messaging Terms govern the SMS (text message) program operated by Preferred Armory, a division of Cox Consultants LLC. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to these terms.
Our SMS program is inbound customer service only. We use text messaging solely to respond to the customer-service inquiry you submit. We do not send promotional, marketing, or recurring campaign messages.
When you sign up, you consent to receive text messages from Preferred Armory in response to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in consent is not shared with any third parties.
